Rock Solid Design Build Homes is currently developing a site in the Village of Hallie named Hallie Ridge Estates. This project will contain approximately 140 new homes. The development will feature single family homes with a 2,500 average square foot range and lot sizes will average 1/2 to 1 acre. Construction has begun.

Within the next 2 to 3 years we will also be developing a site in the Rice Lake area consisting of approximately 200 new homes with a new lodge. In this development, we will also build condos, 4-plexes, and single family homes.

Several other future developments are planned over the next few years and Rock Solid is looking for qualified contractors. If you are interested in being placed on our bidder's list, please complete the attached questionnaire and return to my attention(click here).
